MMA&, one of the largest PR agencies in Latvia, embraced a transformation from a founder-centric practice to a powerhouse partnership of six. I worked closely with the team to craft a bold, future-forward identity that reflects this shift — one rooted in collaboration, growth, and strategic strength. Alongside the visual identity, I developed a comprehensive social media system, creating flexible, platform-ready templates to support their storytelling and brand voice across channels.

Brand Identity

At the core of MMA&’s new identity is a bold, geometric ampersand – a visual symbol of connection, strength, and growth. Balanced by refined “M M A” letterforms, the logo embodies the agency’s transformation into a collaborative and strategic force, with a forward-looking mindset.

Social Media Design

I designed a set of adaptable, cohesive templates across six key content categories – from case studies to team culture. Built for flexibility and future reuse, the system includes platform-specific layouts, typography, and visual treatments, all delivered as editable Canva templates for seamless internal use.
